FAQs

What is your cancellation policy?

Reservations are made as a courtesy service for our guests, but there is no advance deposit required. If you know you will not attend, we would appreciate you letting us know as soon as practical, as some supplies may be perishable.

Do you allow pets at the experience?

Small- to medium-size dogs on leashes are permitted, but visitors should be aware that there is a (friendly) dog on the premises, and – like all of Costa Rica – neighborhood or “street dogs” are common.

Can we bring our children to the experience?

Of course! We do not have separate activities for them, but children are welcome.

Do you have on-site parking?

Yes; street parking within view of the tasting area. Larger groups may need to coordinate in advance if the group anticipates multiple vehicles.

Do you provide transportation to your site?

No, but we can provide information on local, reliable services.

Is your location accessible to seniors or handicapped individuals?

Our home is a single-story house with tile floors, and the main tasting area is wheelchair accessible. For any expanded tour options, to include seeing where and how the wines are made, the yard is much less easy to navigate.

Is the experience offered in English or any other language?

No, although for larger groups we may be able to coordinate for an interpreter.
